From the runway to the streets, and now to Instagram, fishnets have transformed from a simple pair of tights you can buy at a drugstore to a quintessential layering piece that’s quite versatile. When we think of fishnets we typically reserve them for Halloween or some sort of costume party but now we’re seeing them under ripped jeans and some brands have made short fishnet socks to layer under sandals or sneakers.
