Though it’s a new year we still face many of the same challenges. Don’t get discouraged when things don’t go as planned. It’s important to lean into the discomfort of ambiguity and uncertainty, instead of running in the opposite direction. Keep in mind that vulnerability is not knowing victory or defeat, it’s understanding the necessity of both. And the power of knowing that says a lot in itself.

新しい年になりましたが、今までと同じように多くのチャレンジに直面します。予定通りに事が進まなくても、落ち込まないで。曖昧さや、不確実性の不快感から顔をそむけず、身を乗り出すことも重要です。忘れないでください、バルネラビリティー（脆弱性）であることは勝利や失敗を知ることではなく、双方の必要性を理解する事です。それらを知ることの強さは、多くのことを意味します。
