Every time I come to Japan I always try and make it a point to visit Kamakura. It’s close enough where you don’t need to stay overnight but it’s also far enough where you have to be able to dedicate an entire day for it. In all my years of coming to Japan, I’m happy to announce that I finally went. My Dad is one of the busiest people I know and trying to combine both of our schedules has been hindering this trip for years to come. Somehow we both managed to find time to do this. We went to Hachimangu, Daibutsu, Hase-dera, and even making a pit stop in Zushi. Each visit I make to Japan my Dad tries to plan a small trip we can enjoy together and I’m more than excited that I can say that we finally checked this one off the list!

日本に来るたび、鎌倉へ行きたいと思っていました。東京からだと、宿泊する必要はなく、１日かけて訪れるにはとても良い距離感です。何度も来日していますが、遂に鎌倉へ行ったと言える事にとても嬉しく思います。父は本当に忙しく、今までお互いのスケジュールがこの旅を妨げていました。今回は何とか時間を作ることができ、八幡宮、大仏、長谷寺、そして逗子海岸へ行ってきました。日本に滞在するとき、父はいつも小旅行を計画してくれ、一緒に楽しみます。そして、リストにあった鎌倉旅行も、今回ついに実現したのです！
